Making a reservation

Once you find a place to stay and verify room availability, you can make a real-time online reservation. Before you book your room, please note the following:

  • You must check room availability prior to booking.
  • A credit card is required to secure your reservation.
  • Deposit and cancellation policies vary. Please read them carefully.
  • Tax may be included in the room rate. If it is not included, tax will be determined by the property and added to your total cost. Each property's tax information is displayed when you select a room and when your reservation is confirmed.

To make a reservation:

  1. If you are viewing a list of properties from Quick Search, click "Book it!" for the place you want to book. Or, click Book it! on a property's main page.
    2. Note: If you have not yet checked availability, you'll be prompted to do so when you try to make a reservation.
  2. On the "Make a Reservation - Select Room Type" page, enter the number of rooms and guests.*
  3. Scroll down and click Continue with Reservation.
  4. On the "Make a Reservation - Review Your Selections" page, verify the information.
  5. Scroll down and click Continue with Reservation.
  6. On the "Make a Reservation - Enter Guest Information" page, enter your contact and credit card information. At this time, you can submit a special request to the property.
  7. If this site offers membership and you are already registered, click "Sign in" on the "Make a Reservation - Enter Guest Information" page, log in, verify your profile, then enter your credit card information and any special requests.
  8. Click Make Reservation.

Congratulations, you have just made a confirmed reservation! An e-mail confirmation will be sent to you and the property immediately. Please verify your reservation information. You may want to print the page for your records.

* The number of beds do not include rollaways, cribs, or any other extra bedding that may be brought into the room. Please note the maximum number of people each room can accommodate and the age at which children are charged the adult rate. Please remember to include all members in your party, including infants, so that the property may accommodate you accordingly. Special requests such as rollaways, cribs, or other extras may be subject to additional charges. Requests are not guaranteed.
